India’s Adani acquires equity share of HPTSL from RVPN

Adani Transmission Limited (ATL), part of the India-based conglomerate Adani Group, has acquired 100 per cent equity share capital of the special purpose vehicle (SPV)—Hadoti Power Transmission Service Limited (HPTSL), from state-owned transmission utility Rajasthan Rajya Vidyut Prasaran Nigam Limited (RVPN).

Power Machines-Toshiba High-Voltage Transformers (PMTT)—a joint venture (JV) between Russia’s Power Machines (a leading power equipment manufacturing and engineering company) and Japanese Toshiba High Voltage Transformers LLC, has successfully manufactured and shipped the third of the four 500 kV, 250 MVA three-phase autotransformers for the substation at the Russian gas processing and petrochemicals company SIBUR’s ZapSibNeftekhim petrochemical plant in Tobolsk, Tyumen Oblast, Russia.
