India’s KEC bags various transmission orders worth INR11.59 billion [free access]

Indian engineering, construction and procurement (EPC) major KEC International Limited has secured contracts worth INR11.59 billion in the power transmission and distribution (T&D) segment across India, Africa, Oceania and the Americas.

 

In India, the company has bagged a contract from grid developer Power Grid Corporation of India Limited (POWERGRID) for the construction of a 132 kV transmission line and associated substations in North Eastern India.

 

In Africa, the company has bagged a contract for the construction of a 225 kV double-circuit overhead transmission line and associated substations in Mali and Senegal.

 

In Oceania, KEC has bagged a contract for the construction of 132 kV transmission line and substations.

 

SAE Towers, a subsidiary of KEC, has also secured various orders across the Americas.
